“My Brilliant Life” starring Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Gyo released in Chinese theaters

My Brilliant Life, starring Kang Dong Won and Song Hye Gyo, will be released in around five thousand Chinese theaters on March 13th.

My Brilliant Life, which was initially released in Korea last September during Korean Thanksgiving season, has been distributed in China by China Film Corporation and Shanghai Film Group along with The Admiral: Roaring Currents and Cold Eyes.

Relative to the film The Admiral: Roaring Currents, which was distributed to three thousand theaters, My Brilliant Life is to be released with a greater scale as it will launch in five thousand theaters in China. Furthermore, director Lee Jae Yong and actress Song Hye Gyo were personally present at the film’s Beijing promotion event that took place on March 11th and 12th.

Meanwhile, the emotional film, which is originally based on author Kim Ae Ran‘s novel, follows a parent who had a child at the age of seventeen and a seventeen-year-old child who has the physical body of a eight-year-old.
