Girls’ Generation go retro in image teasers for 5th studio album “Lion Heart”

Girls’ Generation‘s second comeback wave is nearing as they released new image teasers for their 5th studio album Lion Heart, unveiling their new retro look.

Published via their official website via SMTOWN on August 11th, the album jacket as well as individual photos of each members were teased.

Following their summer comeback with PARTY in July, Girls’ Generation will be returning this August with a double title track which they will release on the 18th and 19th for their 5th studio album Lion Heart.

On August 18th at noon KST, they will release their first title track “Lion Heart” along with six tracks from their studio album which will be followed by the release of the second title track “You Think” on the 19th at midnight KST with the remaining six tracks.

Because they are promoting double title tracks this time around, the two-part album release is part of the marketing plan to show their different appeal for the title tracks to the public.

“Lion Heart” is a track with strong retro melodies while “You Think” is an intense dance pop song that will show off their colorful charms.
