Stellar’s comeback receives a positive response as the crowdfunding campaign done to promote their album surpassed its targets.
On January 19th, MakeStar, a global crowdfunding platform, revealed that Stellar reached more than 250% of their funding goal. The platform was introduced as a new way of funding the production of their mini-album in exchange of treats and interaction for their international fans.
In particular, participation from their international fans specifically from China and the United States made up 85% of the project.
The campaign was launched early this year to cover production costs ahead of their comeback promotions for title track, “Sting.”
