This Fall’s K-Drama Lineup Is Insane – From Cha Eunwoo To Park Bo Gum And Nam Joo Hyuk, Here’s All The Eye Candy To Expect

If you were bummed out about staying home for the rest of 2020 as well, think twice, for this fall’s K-Drama lineup is spectacular. Here’s the list of the upcoming releases!

1. “When I Was The Most Beautiful”

Starring actors Jisoo and Im Soo Hyang, the drama is set to be a beautiful one about teen romance that goes awry. It is about two brothers that fall for the same woman. Ye Ji, played by Im Soo Hyang, is an art teacher that young Seo Hwan, played by Jisoo, falls for. Later, she grows closer to his older brother (played by Ha Seok Jin) and marries him even. When the older brother goes missing, the two’s feelings for each other will be revealed. Check out the trailer below!

2. “Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol”

With the first episode airing on the 26th of August, this romance about a pianist, Goo Ra Ra, who becomes bankrupt, and a part-timer Sun Woo Joon, will be sure to tickle your fancy. With Go Ah Ra and Lee Jae Wook cast in the main leads, it is sure to be a feast for the eyes if anything! We’ve been dying to see Extraordinary You‘s Baek Kyung cast in a warmer role.

3. “Record of Youth”

It seems like this fall will be filled with youth romances. Airing on September 7th, the drama stars Park So Dam (Parasite), Park Bo Gum (Reply 1988) and Byeon Woo Seok (Search:WWW). The drama tells the story about a girl working as a makeup artist, and an aspiring actor who currently is a popular model, played by Park Bo Gum. Not much has been revealed about Byeon Woo Seok’s role, although a love triangle is clear.

4. “More Than Friends”

This may seem like your typical star-crossed lovers, best friends turned couple trope, but don’t turn your nose up at it yet! Starring rookie actress Shin Ye Eun and singer-turned-actor Ong Seongwu, this September release is about two best friends that have had crushes on each other for ten years. It also stars P.O and Kim Dong Jun, formerly of ZE:A.

5. “Start-up”

Starring Suzy and Nam Joo Hyuk, it is about a girl that drops out of college to pursue her dreams about setting up her own tech company. She then runs into a young CEO of a start-up that’s not doing too hot at the moment. Together they pursue their dreams, as well as fall in love.

6. “True Beauty”

This drama has been teased for forever by now, but we have our leads confirmed to be Cha Eunwoo of ASTRO, Moon Ga Young and Hwang In Yeob. While expectations are not high, many are tuning in purely for the visual feast! The drama is about a girl caught between two boys as she leads a double-life of sorts with her transformative makeup abilities
