1. LABOUM‘s Solbin 

At the press conference for A Good Witch, Solbin greeted the interviewers by saying, “Hello! I’d like to introduce myself as an actress!” She further expressed her enthusiasm for her first drama.

She will be playing the role of Bong Chun Ji in the Good Witch which will be airing in March on SBS.

 

2. Son Ji Hyun

This is Son Ji Hyun’s, formerly known as Nam Jihyun of 4minute, first drama since her name change. She expressed, “This drama holds a special meaning to me because it is my first drama as Son Ji Hyun. I’ve given up a lot of things to play this role so I’m very excited for this new drama.

She will be playing the role of Ru Shi Gae in Grand Prince airing in March.

 

3. AOA‘s Hyejeong

This is Hyejeong’s first drama since The Blade and the Petal in 2013. She said at the press conference for the drama, “It’s been a while since I’ve been in a drama. I auditioned for many in the meantime, but unfortunately, I kept failing. I will try my best- please continue to cheer for me!

She will be playing the role of Ju Ye Bin in the Good Witch with Solbin! Two idols in one drama!

 

4. Dal Shabet‘s Ahyoung

This is Ahyoung first role as the main protagonist in major K-Drama since the girl group Dal Shabet disbanded. She revealed, “I am very thankful and happy for this opportunity. I am receiving a lot of love and I will try my very best to the last episode.

She is currently playing the role of in Oh Bok Shil in the drama Waves, Waves airing now on KBS.

 

5. Rainbow‘s Yoonhye

This is the first drama that she has been in since girl group Rainbow disbanded. She expressed that she was more “nervous than feeling pressured for her role.

She is currently playing the role of in Kim Chun Ja in the drama Waves, Waves airing now on KBS with fellow former idol Ahyoung.
