5 K-Pop Idols Who Have Confessed That They Don’t Want To Get Married

These idols prefer the single life.

While many K-Pop idols dream of getting married one day, that doesn’t mean that all idols plan on getting married. Here’s a list of a few idols who have confessed that they don’t want to get married.

1. Sunny (Girls’ Generation)

On an episode of a Happy Together, Sunny shared that marriage isn’t something that she’s thought about, as she doesn’t have a clear idea of what her ideal type is. Sunny instead prefers the single life and plans on remaining single.

2. Jiho (Oh My Girl)

Jiho has shared in the past that she doesn’t plan on getting married as she prefers living alone.

3. Wonho (Former member of MONSTA X)

Wonho has shared in the past that he’s not interested in getting married and that his younger brother is going to carry on their family line.

I’m not interested in getting married.

I’ve never thought about it. But my brother is going to get married and carry on the family line so I’m not too worried.

— Wonho

4. HA:TFELT/Yeeun

Yeeun has shared in the past that she doesn’t have the confidence to get married and that she prefers staying single.

I don’t have the confidence to get married. I have to meet someone I’m compatible with in order to have a happy married life, but I don’t have a good eye for men. Finding a good one would be like winning the lottery.

— Yeeun

5. Han So Hee

Han So Hee isn’t an idol, but she too is someone who doesn’t plan on getting married. A big reason why is due to the character she played in the K-Drama The World of The Married.

I don’t think I can get married. It’s not just because of adultery. Between the characters, Go Ye Rim and Son Jae Hyuk, there was suspicion, anxiousness, mistrust, and a sense of deprivation in their marriage.

The drama portrays the detailed process of a family falling apart. I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever be able to get married myself.
