Big Hit Entertainment has added a new co-CEO and announced the restructuring of its executive management.

In March 2019, Lenzo Yoon (Yoon Seok Jun), the company’s chief business officer, was selected for the role of co-CEO.
As of May 2020, a third CEO has been added: the former CEO of NEXON Korea and Global COO of NEXON Japan, Jiwon Park. According to Forbes, his focus will be Big Hit Entertainment’s growth and internal organization.
In an official statement, Big Hit Entertainment stated that Jiwon Park is the new “HQ CEO” in charge of managing the company’s headquarters. In addition to this, Lenzo Yoon now holds the title “Global CEO”, while Bang Si Hyuk has added “Chairman” to his title.
Bang Si Hyuk’s role includes the following:
Bang Si Hyuk will oversee the company’s core business and important issues through preemptive response and timely decision making, while continuing to oversee music production and overall creative of Big Hit Entertainment’s multi-labels.
