BTS’s J-Hope Knows Exactly How To Get Suga To Cook For The Members

J-Hope’s plan definitely worked 😂

BTS‘s J-Hope and Suga proved that there’s some truth to the saying “flattery will get you everywhere” in the latest episode of BTS In the SOOP 2!

The second episode of BTS In the SOOP 2 picks up right where the premiere episode left off with the members eating lunch together.

As they ate, the members tried to figure out which activities they wanted to do after lunch. Jin suggested they play tennis, but the other members said it was too hot outside. J-Hope suggested they play with water guns instead, but Jungkook reminded the members that it was the hottest time of day. RM told the members they’d need to wait to play outside until at least 5 PM, so it would be cool enough outside.

Eventually, Jungkook suggested that they have some hwachae (watermelon punch) while they waited to play outside, and all the members were on board with his suggestion, especially J-Hope.

Although he wanted hwachae, J-Hope preferred not to make it himself. He wanted Suga to make it instead. He said, “If Yoongi makes it, we’ll definitely eat it.”

The flattery totally worked on Suga, and he asked the members, “Are you guys going to eat hwachae or not?”

Suga told the members that they needed to chop the watermelon into pieces if they wanted hwachae.

J-Hope put his flattery skills to work again by complimenting Suga’s watermelon chopping skills. He said, “You have great chopping skills.”

The flattery definitely worked because Suga agreed to chop all the watermelon himself!

Jungkook helped Suga with the hwachae, and their hard work definitely paid off. All the members enjoyed it, and J-Hope was so impressed by the hwachae that he even took a picture of it.

Although Suga probably would have made the hwachae for the members without J-Hope complimenting him, this SOPE moment showed just how much J-Hope likes complimenting Suga!
