BamBam’s impact on Thailand’s advertising and social media has recently been brought into the spotlight after he was selected as a main model for the 5G campaign by AIS, Thailand’s largest telecommunications agency.

BamBam has been working with AIS since 2018 but his work with the company is just a very small portion of all the work BamBam has been doing in his home country. Since 2017, BamBam has been a top model for companies like AIS, Vivo, Shopee, and Yamaha.

In fact, since 2017, BamBam has participated in a total of 8 solo brand advertisements in a wide range of fields including telecommunications, smartphones, e-commerce, clothing, food, motorcycles, and bedding! And it’s reported that he continues to receive many love calls from brands wanting to work with him!

BamBam’s power hasn’t just been reflected in advertisements, however. He’s also been at the top of his game on social media. According to statistics released by Twitter in 2019, BamBam ranked no. 1 in Thailand’s most mentioned entertainment accounts.

Additionally, “bambam” was the second most frequently used hashtag in Thailand while “뱀뱀” was the seventh most used hashtag! To top it off, BamBam also ranked no. 10 on the “K-Pop accounts frequently mentioned by Twitter users worldwide” list.

And BamBam being BamBam, uses all the love he receives by giving back! When he teamed up with Represent in the past to release a limited clothing line, all the proceeds from it went to an organization that helps give access to safe drinking water to communities who need it. And currently, BamBam has been actively promoting in UNICEF Thailand’s child protection campaign.

It’s truly no wonder that BamBam has earned his “Thai Prince” nickname!
