Here Are the Master Craftsmen Behind the Iconic Stage Outfits of BTS, TWICE, MAMAMOO, and More

These grandpas have been making idol outfits since the H.O.T and g.o.d days.

A YouTube channel called KLAB recently shared an interview with the grandpas who have been making the iconic stage outfits of idols such as BTS, TWICE, MAMAMOO, and more.

The average age group of those working at the shop is 60, and they’ve had over 20 years of experience making the most famous outfits worn by idols.

According to the master craftsmen, their story first began when Seo Taiji and Boys gave them a try back in the day, and word of mouth brought other groups such as H.O.T and g.o.d to their shop for their stage outfits.

Many years later, the shop now produces stage outfits for huge idol groups such as BTS, TWICE, MAMAMOO, GOT7, and NU’EST.

Some of the outfits recognized by many include Park Jin Young’s plastic pants…

Some may be wondering what sets this shop apart from the others, and the reason is simple.

These master craftsmen are aware of how precious time is for stars, and with that in mind, they work hard to produce the best outfits possible in the short amount of time they have.

One of the stylists for GOT7 stated,

Their biggest strongpoint is their sense of responsibility. Even when we ask for the outfits of 7 members in a day, they’ve never refused or have been late.
