Recently, TWICE‘s Nayeon showed part of her exercise routine in her latest log and it’s all the rage among K-Pop idols!

As a fan of pilates, Nayeon showed off how the graceful exercise is much more difficult than you might think.

She revealed that it helped strengthen her back and improve her back injury, so it’s great for creating a healthy, limber body.

However, according to herself, she’s a bit “out of shape” and there are still some things she needs to work on!

She revealed that Red Velvet‘s Yeri recommended the place she loves to go for her pilates.
