Both groups filmed at the Los Angeles Theatre in the Broadway Theater District of Los Angeles.

The theatre was built in the 1930s, and its interior was modeled after the Hall of Mirrors in the Palace of Versailles.

BTS filmed the “Black Swan” music video in the Los Angeles Theatre. The video was released in March 2020.

The entire video took place in the theatre, and BTS used the whole space to their advantage. They used the stage, lobby, balcony, backstage areas, and ballroom. Jin even filmed his solo scenes in the women’s restroom to take full advantage of the gorgeous mirrors there!

BTS served dark and dramatic vibes while filming “Black Swan” at the Los Angeles Theatre. In “Black Swan,” the members expressed their fears about losing their passion for music and falling out of love with their art.

In 1994, the Los Angeles Theatre closed to the public, but it can still be rented out for special events and for filming. The closed theatre was the perfect filming location for BTS to express the haunting lyrics of “Black Swan.”

P1Harmony filmed parts of their “Do It Like This” video in the Los Angeles Theatre, too. This video was released in January 2022.

Like BTS, P1Harmony used many of the available spaces in the theatre, like the lobby and the ballroom. They also filmed a party scene in the seating area of the women’s restroom.

P1Harmony served fun, rebellious vibes in the “Do It Like This” video.  P1Harmony was able to add a youthful, modern twist to the theatre’s antique interior without completely overshadowing the theatre’s beauty.

While the “Black Swan” and “Do It Like This” videos are very different from each other, both BTS and P1Harmony were able to use the Los Angeles Theatre to create spectacular music videos!
