MONSTA X’s Joohoney and TREASURE’s Hyunsuk Respect Each Other, But For Different Reasons

They mesh so well together.

TREASURE recently paid a visit to Idol Radio to promote their comeback “JIKJIN.” They were greeted warmly by the hosts of the show, MONSTA X‘s Joohoney and Hyungwon.

They had fun throughout the show. At one point Joohoney and Hyungwon joined TREASURE members Jihoon and Mashiho in dancing to “JIKJIN.”

One interaction that stood out though, was when Joohoney and TREASURE’s Hyunsuk were able to connect.

Joohoney is known for his larger than life personality.

Hyunsuk is also an extrovert, so it makes sense that the pair would get along.

As rappers for their respective groups, it was fun for fans to see them interact. Since they were sitting next to each other, Joohoney and Hyunsuk were able to talk.

Joohoney and Hyungwon asked members of TREASURE to try Joohoney’s famous aegyo.

Joohoney ended up showing them how it was done.

Hyunsuk told Joohoney that he respects his aegyo and wants to be like him someday.

Unfortunately, Joohoney couldn’t extend the same respect. Instead he told Hyunsuk that while he respected him in rap, he didn’t in aegyo!

The two had another cute moment when Joohoney said that Hyunsuk felt like his younger brother, perhaps since they were sitting next to each other. Hyunsuk was honored. He even revealed that he had watched Joohoney on NO.MERCY,Β the survival show MONSTA X was formed on.

Fans loved these moments and even pointed out how Hyunsuk was “fanboying” over Joohoney as they took their group photo.

Fans hope to see the duo together again and would love the possibility of a rap collab! How great would that be?
