NU’EST‘s Minhyun admitted how much money he’s spent so far on his new hobby, and it may come as a shock to fans.
Minhyun admitted recently he’s been getting into video games for the first time and spends a lot of time playing.
Usually, people in his age range love games so it comes as a surprise that at one point, he didn’t care about them at all.
He knew of people who would put money towards their gaming hobby and he just couldn’t understand…until he picked up the hobby himself.
He enjoys an online soccer game, but the players on his team were holding him back from winning.
Their skills were lacking so much, it began to stress him out instead of being a fun experience.
He wanted to find a way to make the game fun again and finally start winning.
He knew the only way to do this was to spend some cash, and it added up quickly. He ended up spending over $1,000 to fuel his hobby.
He said nowadays it’s far too easy to spend money. You can practically have the phone scan your eyes to send a payment.
Because of the game’s dynamics, it makes you spend if you want to have a better chance at winning. This money went towards getting him advantages in the game that make it easier to win, like avoiding the random player assignment.
Minhyun’s hobby may no longer be considered just a “hobby” after putting all of this money towards it! We hope that despite it being a pricey experience, he still has fun and relieves some stress while he plays.
